These terms govern use of the FORMA website. They do not replace a project-specific proposal, contract, statement of work or other agreement between FORMA and a client.
1. Website operator

2. Informational purpose
Website content is provided for general information about FORMA, its services and selected work. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial, technical-production or other regulated professional advice.
3. Enquiries do not create a contract
Submitting a contact form, sending files, requesting a quotation or otherwise contacting FORMA does not by itself create a client relationship, contract, obligation to accept a project, exclusivity arrangement or obligation to provide services. A project begins only when its material terms are agreed through the applicable proposal, written agreement or other mutually accepted arrangement.
4. Prices, scope and timing
Any prices, service descriptions, timelines or examples shown on the website are general information unless expressly stated otherwise. Final scope, deliverables, revision limits, fees, payment terms, deadlines, production responsibilities and intellectual-property terms are determined for the specific project and may differ from website examples.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the FORMA website design, original text, graphics, presentations and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced, republished, sold, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.
Portfolio work may include trademarks, product names, packaging, photographs or other materials owned by clients or other rights holders. Their appearance on this website does not transfer ownership or grant any licence to third parties. Rights in client work remain subject to the applicable client agreement and the rights of their respective owners.
6. No licence from viewing the website
Accessing or viewing this website does not grant a licence to use FORMA’s work, client work, concepts, layouts, copy, graphics, trademarks or other protected material except to the limited extent required for ordinary personal viewing of the website.
7. Accuracy and availability
FORMA aims to keep website information accurate and current but does not guarantee that every item will always be complete, error-free or continuously available. Website content may be corrected, changed, removed or updated without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FORMA is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information where project-specific confirmation should reasonably have been obtained.

Packaging design may ultimately depend on printers, manufacturers, material suppliers, technical specifications, regulatory requirements and other third parties outside FORMA’s control. Unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific project, website examples do not constitute a guarantee of manufacturing outcome, regulatory approval, market performance, sales results or third-party production quality.

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Such links are provided for convenience and do not mean that FORMA controls or accepts responsibility for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms.

Personal data submitted through the website is handled as described in FORMA’s Privacy Policy.
